Reconnect with self. Build resilience.
Live with intention.
MINDFUL PROGRAMS
At the heart of these programs is a simple belief: when we bring awareness and compassion to our experience, we awaken our natural capacity for clarity, balance, and connection.
Rooted in evidence-based practices and guided with care, each course provides tools to reduce stress, quiet self-criticism, and move through life with more clarity, presence, and ease. Whether you're facing a difficult transition or seeking more balance, meaning, and joy, you'll find a welcoming, judgment-free space to explore, grow, and restore a sense of well-being.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, self-critical, or simply ready to reconnect with yourself more deeply, mindfulness and compassion-based programs offer practical support for navigating life’s challenges.

The Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT)
CBRT is an 8-week evidence-based modular training that teaches the science and skills people need to reduce stress, build resilience, and cultivate lives of well-being, engagement, and purpose in our ever more interdependent world. It empowers people to develop a more resilient mind, heart, and body by combining skills taught separately in other trainings—mindfulness, compassion, imagery, and breath-work—into one step-by-step introduction, providing the most cost-effective way of educating lay and professional groups in the full spectrum of mind/body research and contemplative skills.
