Through Mindfulness & Wellness Coaching, we can work together to accomplish a specific health and wellness goal, find a life path or explore a life of authenticity. In coaching, the client sets the agenda and we work together to co-create the coaching relationship and help you reach your goals.
In mindfulness coaching and mentoring, we work together to deepen your mindfulness practice and embrace your authentic self. I will partner with you to address challenges—whether it's stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or any area where you seek greater clarity and fulfillment. Alternatively, our focus may simply be on enhancing your overall well-being and flourishing. Through a range of mindfulness techniques and practical tools, you'll gain lasting skills to enrich your everyday life.

EMPOWER Group Coaching Experience
I partner with Elizabeth Odders-White to offer the EMPOWER online group-coaching experience.
Based in research in positive psychology, and building on a foundation of self-compassion and mindfulness, EMPOWER seeks to improve self-awareness and enhance our ability to act in accordance with our values.
Custom programs for groups
I can create a custom program to meet the needs of your group, organization, sports team, or academic institution. Programs often include multiple components, including workshops, courses, and trainings.

In Mindfulness, Wellness & Somatic coaching, the process is enhanced, as there is a greater awareness brought to the foreground through the coach’s mindful presence and the integration of mindfulness exercises and tools, body awareness, deep listening, and the cultivation of one’s strengths and values.

In mindfulness coaching, we work on goals related to your mindfulness practice.
Wellness coaching focuses on overall wellness or particular wellness goals you have. You don’t have to practice mindfulness to benefit from this type of coaching, but if you would like to learn or use these tools outside of your sessions, support is offered.
