Mindfulness & Compassion Training

Home

In Mindfulness & Compassion classes and workshops you can learn the contemplative techniques of Mindfulness, Compassion, Imagery and Breathing. You will learn how to practice and integrate these practices into your daily life. In general, people notice greater stress management, more emotional intelligence, increased self-awareness and self-management, more kindness towards oneself and others and greater well-being. Mindfulness workshops and courses are offered in person or online via Zoom and can be tailored according to the needs of your company, organization, team, school or association. They can also be combined with individual or group coaching. In addition to my own courses, I offer two certified courses: the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) from the University of Massachusetts and the CBRT (Compassion Based Resilience Training) from the Nalanda Institute.
