With more than a decade of experience teaching leadership, teamwork and wellbeing-based courses at IE Business School and serving as an Executive Coach at Harvard Business School, Victoria guides her clients to discover their authentic leadership voice, clarify their purpose, and develop strategies for meaningful growth.

She has coached individuals from institutions such as Yale, MIT, the University of Michigan, Quinnipiac, Villanova and the University of California, San Diego, among others, drawing on her expertise in positive psychology coaching and contemplative psychotherapy.
