El Mindfulness en espa\u00f1ol se conoce tambi\u00e9n como Atenci\u00f3n Plena. La pr\u00e1ctica de la atenci\u00f3n plena muestra sus frutos de muchas maneras, algunas casi inmediatas y otras a largo plazo. <\/span>Es importante saber que hay dos tipos principales de pr\u00e1ctica dentro de mindfulness. <\/span>Primero, la pr\u00e1ctica informal, que implica una atenci\u00f3n concentrada y deliberada en nuestra vida cotidiana, es decir, mientras llevamos a cabo nuestras actividades habituales. <\/span>En segundo lugar est\u00e1 la pr\u00e1ctica formal, que es la meditaci\u00f3n, llevada a cabo en un momento dedicado espec\u00edfico. <\/span>En otras palabras, esta es la actividad en s\u00ed misma, no la est\u00e1s haciendo mientras est\u00e1s haciendo otras cosas. <\/span>Ambas actividades en esencia son una forma de meditaci\u00f3n y pertenecen al concepto global de atenci\u00f3n plena y ambas pr\u00e1cticas son esenciales.
