\u00a0In 2007 I began to explore meditation and mindfulness in an informal way, reading books and meditating on and off. Even with this inconsistent self study and practice, I began to see real changes. It was on a trip to Tibet a few years later where I fully consolidated my contemplative practice and started meditating on a daily basis. Little by little I experienced the powerful, subtle transformation and well-being brought about by this practice and I knew that I wanted to share it with others. I discovered that our potential as humans to create deep change and self-heal was much more accessible than I had ever known. This is not a panacea for everything, but it can help us come a little closer to a fuller and more joyous existence.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t <\/div>\n\t \t<\/div>\n\t\t

Victoria Fontana, M.A., ACC\u00a0<\/strong> is a teacher of Contemplative Practices and Mindfulness & Conscious Leadership Coach. She is holds the maximum Certificate of Competency in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) from Bangor University and is a certified Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT) Instructor<\/a> by Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science.<\/p>\n
Victoria holds an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University, Wales, UK and a Certificate in Contemplative Psychotherapy from the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science in New York.<\/p>\n
She is also an ICF accredited coach (ACC) and earned her Mindfulness, Wellness and Somatic Coaching certificate through the Mindfulness Coaching School.<\/p>\n
Prior to this, she trained as a Mindfulness Consultant at the Escuela Espa\u00f1ola de Desarrollo Transpersonal, Madrid, Spain, accredited by the European University of Miguel de Cervantes; and as a Meditation Teacher by the Fundaci\u00f3n Seresh, Madrid, Spain.<\/p>\n
In addition to Mindfulness, Victoria holds a Master’s Degree in Education and currently teaches Leadership, Mindfulness & Compassion, Writing and Spanish at IE University.<\/p>\n
